Labconco CentriVap DNA vacuum concentrator

The Labconco 7970010 CentriVap is designed to speed evaporation of solvents from DNA samples and other very small samples. This compact benchtop cabinet houses the concentrator, DNA rotor, diaphragm vacuum pump, two glass traps and all connecting tubing, so no additional components are needed to begin processing your samples! The one button start up feature saves time, with each of the three separate Quick Start buttons storing one user-set program each. The memory stores up to nine user set programs. Both the chamber and the diaphragm pump are corrosion resistant. Labconco model 7462900 rotor included – holds 132 microcentrifuge tubes (72 x 0.5mL plus 60 x 2.0mL).

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test the performance of all centrifuges and make sure the rotating assembly is properly balanced; the bearings, seals and gaskets on the spindle assembly are in good shape; and the controls work properly. If the centrifuge is refrigerated we also test to make sure that the machine reaches and hold temperature properly. All tolerances are measured and the exterior and interior of all units are fully cleaned.  If the unit is being purchased with a rotor we test the rotor/centrifuge combination together.
