Labconco Purifier Filtered PCR Enclosure
The Labconco 3970305 Purifier Filtered PCR Enclosure provides a controlled environment in which to perform polymerase chain reaction procedures. The Labconco 3970305 is an enclosed frame constructed of epoxy coated steel and aluminum. This PCR enclosure features an angled sash with a working height opening of 24cm that opens to a loading heigh of about 51cm. Front-mounted blower and light switches, as well as a Minihelic pressure gauge monitor. Two utility ports. The variable speed blower with solid-state speed control maintains proper air velocities. A diffuser stabilizes the airflow through the work area and protects the surface of the HEPA filter. A prefilter traps large particles to extend the life of the HEPA filter, which removes 99.99% of all particles >=0.3µm, and an aerodynamic airfoil allows filtered air to sweep the work surface, keeping particle counts in the work area at ISO Class 5 (FED-STD-209E Class 100/M3.5) conditions.
All of the equipment we sell is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test each clean bench to insure that the controls and blower motor work properly, as well as ensuring that the HEPA filter is suitable for use in lab conditions. Our testing procedure includes all the elements of a clean bench certification in order to insure that the unit will pass certification once it is at your site.
