Vacuubrand RZ9 rotary vane vacuum pump
The powerful mid-size two-stage RZ 9 rotary vane pump is ideal for a wide range of laboratory and process applications that require high pumping speed. An excellent choice for freeze dryers up to 10 liters, centrifugal concentrators or other low-temperature evaporations of high boiling point solvents, molecular distillations, schlenk lines and other applications where diaphragm pumps cannot provide sufficient vacuum. Typical applications are lyophilization, fine vacuum distillation, drying chambers, fast evacuation of vessels, and the pumping of large amounts of vapor. The RZ9 features very high flow rates even at vacuum levels approaching ultimate vacuum, high water vapor tolerance due to efficient gas ballast, and very good ultimate vacuum even with gas ballast. Vacuum-tight at switch-off; external anti-suckback valve not needed. Large oil volume means long intervals between oil changes
All of the equipment we sell is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
