Stirling SU780XLE Ultracold Ultra-low Freezer
Stirling Ultracold SU780XLE Ultra-low freezers feature a 27.5 cu.ft. cabinet that delivers stable, wide-ranging temperatures from -20°C to –86°C. The SU780XLE combines the performance of a unique free-piston Stirling engine with an efficient, thin-wall, high performance vacuum insulated panels and non-HFC polyurethane foam using the Ecomate environmentally friendly blowing agent.

Stirling Ultracold- Features
The Stirling engine’s continuous modulation and fully adaptive capabilities eliminate the on-off cycling operation of compressor-based systems. This delivers uncompromising cooling performance and reliability with unmatched energy efficiency. The Stirling Ultracold SU780XLE Ultra-low freezer stores ⅓ more samples per square foot of floor space than comparable models. Secure touchpad inputs permit access to and programming for all control functions and alarm setpoints.

The SU780XLE models have an auto-voltage range of 100 V to 240 V (±10%) at either 50 or 60 Hz (automatically adjusts). This auto-voltage capability allows the SU780XLE models to operate on any outlet without factory modification (the user will need to install the specific cord that fits their receptacle).
The freezer uses 70 to 75% less energy than a standard compressor-based ULT freezer, with the industry's best ultra-low cooling performance.
SU780XLE - Testing
Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts of all ultralow freezers, making sure that the units hold temperature to within the manufacturer specified tolerance. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and if needed replace refrigerant. We clean all freezers thoroughly prior to shipment.
