The BioTek ELX405 UCWVS is the first microplate washer that aspirates and dispenses into 96- and 384-well plates up to 50mm in height. The ELX405 also accommodates standard microplates, giving it increased versatility and offering a solution to a lab’s solid bottom microplate washing needs. The ELX405 UCWVS has a patented dual-action manifold that provides independent control of the aspirate and dispense manifolds for precise overfill washing and overflow protection. An internal positive displacement pump eliminates the use of troublesome pressure delivery systems and allows the use of any size dispense reservoir. Fully variable dispense volumes, flow and aspiration rates provide total control of the washing cycles from a gentle cell-washing application to vigorous was for high-binding assays.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run.
