The Thermo Fresco 21 microfuge offers an RCF of up to 21,100 x g which can reduce spin times 20% compared with typical RCF 17,000 x g models.  Fast acceleration and deceleration is matched with a maximum noise level of a quiet 56 dBA at 14,800 rpm.  A timer function allows timed runs between 1 minute and 99 minutes.  Controls are intuitive with an easy to read display.   The small footprint makes it ideal in a crowded lab or busy workspace.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test the performance of all centrifuges and make sure the rotating assembly is properly balanced; the bearings, seals and gaskets on the spindle assembly are in good shape; and the controls work properly. If the centrifuge is refrigerated we also test to make sure that the machine reaches and hold temperature properly. All tolerances are measured and the exterior and interior of all units are fully cleaned.  If the unit is being purchased with a rotor we test the rotor/centrifuge combination together.

The photos above are representative. Please bear in mind that the equipment shown is currently in storage in our warehouse and that in addition to testing each machine we will clean all the equipment thoroughly prior to shipment. We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
