The Beckman Coulter SW-41 Ti ultracentrifuge rotor is made of titanium and thus both stronger and more resistant to chemicals than either aluminum composite or fiber composite rotors. The exterior surfaces are finished with black polyurethane paint. The Beckman SW-41 Ti rotor can be used for applications including separation and purification of small particles, separation of RNA, proteins, and subcellular particles in solution using rate zonal centrifugation. This centrifuge has a capacity of 6 x 13.2mL and a max RCF of 288000 x g. This Beckman SW-41 Ti rotor is being sold without buckets.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians inspect all rotors, including any buckets, gaskets and overspeed disks. Fixed angle rotors are closely inspected for body integrity; swinging bucket rotors supplied with buckets are checked for proper weight distribution. When possible we run each rotor in a compatible centrifuge to make sure the rotor spins properly.

At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
