The VWR Signature 5602 ultralow freezer features a microprocessor temperature control system, an advanced monitor/alarm system, automatic voltage compensator, a cascade refrigeration system, and non-CFC, non-HCFC, nonflammable refrigerants. The temperature can be set in 1°C increments and an LED display shows the chamber temperature. Air-cooled, hermetically-sealed dual compressors work in unison and cycle on demand of the microprocessor temperature controller. The automatic voltage compensator detects line frequency, monitors incoming voltage, and adjusts compressor voltage to reduce wear and tear on the compressors.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians use calibrated digital chart recorders to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts of all ultralow freezers, making sure that the units hold temperature to within the manufacturer specified tolerance. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and if needed replace refrigerant. We clean all freezers thoroughly prior to shipment.
