Labconco FlaskScrubber washers accommodate and thoroughly clean a broad assortment of glassware. Program flexibility ensures contaminant-free results. Each spindle directs large volumes of low-pressure water into flask bulbs for a high-powered yet gentle cleansing. The purified water pump accepts pressurized and non-pressurized pure water supplies. A gasketed dispenser accepts powdered and liquid detergents. Separate dispenser for pH neutralizing solution eliminates detergent carryover. The steam cycle penetrates hard-to-reach places and removes dried or baked on impurities. Vacuum drying system replaces humid air with hot air to prevent residue, spots, and drips inside the flasks. Premium materials ensure durability. The front panel, door, and tank are made of type 304 stainless steel. Vinyl-coated stainless-steel glassware holders protect and secure flasks above the washing spindles. 

Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests, please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
