Bellco CO₂ Incubators have 40 cubic feet of volume and are designed for use with Bellco’s Cell Production Roller Apparatus (CPRA). One internal convenience outlet on top allows simple connection to internally placed appliances such as CPRA, Roller Drums, Magnetic Stirrers, etc. Fans take air from the chamber top, pass it over the 1100-watt heater and re-inject it into the chamber on the back wall. A microprocessor temperature controller and membrane keypad allow simple setting and monitoring of chamber temperature. A safety thermostat is included to prevent over-temperature failures. A microprocessor CO₂ controller allows simple setting and monitoring of chamber CO₂ level. The control panel features indicating lights and dials for automatic control of temperature and CO₂.

Our technicians test CO₂ incubators using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts, as well as using a Fyrite indicator to measure CO2 levels in the chamber. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment.
