Binder is known for high-end, top-of-the-line equipment, and there are at least two good reasons for this reputation: quality and reliability. The VD53 vacuum oven features Binder’s APT.line electronically controlled preheating chamber technology which along with the MP controller guarantees chamber temperature accuracy and reproducible results. The Binder VD53 can be programmed to run 2 programs with 10 sections each or 1 program with 20 sections. The inner chamber, suction and ventilation tubes, pressure container, expansion racks and ball valve are made of stainless steel, with a door gasket of tempered silicone.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test ovens using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts and run the unit under vacuum to insure chamber integrity. We typically leave an oven under vacuum for 24 hours to make sure the pressure holds. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment.
