The Beckman Coulter JLA 10.500 fixed angle rotor can be used in Beckman Coulter Avanti J and J2 series centrifuges and provides enough centrifugal force to efficiently pellet cells from large volumes of culture media, cell particles from tissue homogenates, or subcellular organelles. The Beckman JLA 10.500 rotor assembly consists of a rotor body and windshield, rotor lid and rotor knob and six removable canisters. With a capacity of 6 x 500mL, the Beckman JLA 10.500 is a large volume rotor that is ideal for initial processing of bacteria or other cells.

Our technicians inspect all rotors, including any buckets, gaskets and overspeed disks. Fixed angle rotors are closely inspected for body integrity; swinging bucket rotors supplied with buckets are checked for proper weight distribution. When possible we run each rotor in a compatible centrifuge to make sure the rotor spins properly.
