The Beckman Coulter DTX880 Multimode detector can be used in multiple disciplines such as biology, chemisty, and nanotechnology and a variety of different applications, including drug discovery, protemics, genomics, cell culture and cell based research. The Beckman DTX880 can perform as a uv/vis spectrophotometer and is able to perform fluorescence, luminescence, and absorbance measurements. It can operate as a standalone system or can be integrated with Biomek Automation workstations. Users can choose from top- or bottom reading fluorescence intensity, time-resolved fluorescence, fluorescence polarization, visible and UV absorbance, and glow luminescence detection modes in 6- to 384-well plates. Users can also perform various measurements, including endpoint, multiple wavelength, kinetic, linear and area scans.

Please note that this item is being sold as-is. It powers up but we have not tested the equipment fully and are selling it only with a non-DOA warranty.All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians will power this up and cycle through the menus to ensure that it is in general functional condition, but are unable to test it further.
