Luminoskan Ascent reads a range of different plate formats, from 1 to 384-well plates. The high-performance fiberless optics enables measurement sensitivity of less than 1 fmol of ATP per well, and the dynamic range of Luminoskan Ascent covers more than nine decades. Applications include reporter gene assays, immunoassays with luminescent substrates, cytotoxicity and cell proliferation assays, intracellular Ca2+ assays, ATP assays, DNA quantitation, phagocytosis assays, reactive oxygen assays, microbiological assays, and enzyme assays, among others.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians will power this up and cycle through the menus to ensure that it is in general functional condition, but are unable to test it further.

Please bear in mind that the equipment shown is currently in storage in our warehouse and that in addition to testing each machine we will clean all the equipment thoroughly prior to shipment. We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit.
