The Copley HCP5 is a vacuum pump designed to meet the needs of pharmaceutical inhaler testing. Capable of sonic flow, this unit has a rotary vane pump which can deliver up to 416 liters per minute of airflow. Lesser flows can be selected by a flow adjustment on the front of the unit. The pump is fully encased with an internal acoustic lining and vibration dampening to reduce noise levels in the operating environment. As an oil-free design, the pump is designed to operate without lubrication minimizing required maintenance. Self sealing compound carbon vanes continuously adjust allowing the pump to perform to design specifications throughout its service life.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run.
