Here at American Instrument we are big fans of the small, upright incubator shaker design. These are handy little units that are both versatile and utilitarian. The New Brunswick Innova 42R is a programmable incubator shaker that can accept flasks up to 6L and has an adjustable-height shelf for adding incubating or storing capability. The lower-height design allows the model to be used as either on a benchtop or as an undercounter unit, saving valuable benchtop space. 

The programmable controller ramps temperature up or down on a timed basis; speeds up, slows down, or stops agitation automatically; or places cultures in metabolic stasis until ready for use. An in-chamber, moisture-proof receptacle provides power for an accessory instrument such as rocker, roller, or second shaker. The large viewing window and internal light provide clear chamber visibility, minimizing the need to open the door. Rapid air circulation produces quick temperature equilibration and recovery.

This equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test incubators using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment.
