The VWR Symphony tabletop incubating orbital shaker model 50001 features VWR’s Opti-Flow forced air ventilation system for optimal heat/cooling distribution as well as the Accu-Drive shaking system. The variable speed microprocessor control provides consistent mixing action and precise temperature control maintained by a PID controller. A triple eccentric drive provides shaking action. The virtually maintenance-free brushless DC motor and permanently lubricated bearings ensure reliable service and continuous duty operation. The VWR Symphony 50001 incubating orbital shaker shows displayed speed in rpms accurate to within 1% of the set point. The Opti-Flow forced air ventilation system utilizes twin fans and air deflectors for temperature uniformity throughout the chamber. A built-in temperature calibration mode along with a speed calibration feature allows for calibration to an external device. Safety features include a built-in load sensor to detect unbalanced conditions and stop shaking to protect both samples and users. The touchpad control features easy-to-read, independent LEDs for temperature, time, and speed. An RS-232 interface provides two-way connection for data logging and unit control. 50lbs platform capacity.

This equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test incubators using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment.
