Representing the forefront of PCR technology, the Gradient PCR Optima 96 features six separate imported thermo-electric modules for precise temperature control and gradient PCR to ensure performance on the edges of 96 well plates. The device is easy to use with a high resolution, 7-inch LCD touchscreen panel, and has many advanced features such as touchdown (TD) PCR mode and long-range PCR modes.
The Optima 96 also boasts one of the fastest heating/cooling rates in the industry for better nucleotide pairing performance. Designed to be compatible with PCR tubes, PCR 8 strips, and 96-well plates, this device is an excellent choice for researchers seeking precise temperature control and advanced features for PCR optimization and performance.
All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
