The evaporation of solvents is a routine process widely performed in the laboratory, so it’s important to select a rotary evaporator that offers reliable results, comfortable operation, and customizable assemblies. The Buchi R-210 provides accurate, consistent results and longevity along with comfortable operation with an ergonomic electric lift.

The Buchi B-491 heating bath can be used as either a water bath to 100°C or oil heating bath to 180°C. Simple knob controls allow for temperature setting as well as selection between water and oil function. The B-491 can accept flasks up to 4L.

The Vacuubrand PC2001 VARIO chemistry pumping unit optimizes vacuum conditions automatically by precisely and continuously adjusting the diaphragm pump´s motor speed. Motor speed control means that the pump operates only when vacuum is needed, saving energy and reducing maintenance. The integrated vacuum controller enables fully automatic evaporation at a push of a button. Low space requirements, light weight and low operational noise contribute further to this unit’s flexibility and popularity for laboratory use.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
