Plas Labs 830 Series glove-boxes are nifty, compact little units that are designed to minimize drafts and maximize the effectiveness (and accuracy) of your analytical and micro balances. This line of glove boxes is an optimal choice for applications in which hazardous materials need to be weighed and contained. The Plas-Labs 830s can be used for determining the dry weight measure or moisture content of an aqueous solution, adhesives, cereals, toxic chemicals, pharmaceuticals, paper, plastics, and light radioactive materials. This chamber can also be used when working with toxic substances, asbestos fibers, sewage residue, and harmful liquid vapors. The Plas Labs 830-ABB.CLC has a HEPA filtration package in a closed loop style. This system continually re-circulates and filters the internal atmosphere of the glove box. The 830-ABB.CLC is a negative pressure containment unit with Magnehelic gauges that indicate both the inner chamber pressure and the pressure drop levels across the filters.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.

The photos above are representative. Please bear in mind that the equipment shown is currently in storage in our warehouse and that in addition to testing each machine we will clean all the equipment thoroughly prior to shipment. We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
