The NanoVue Plus Spectrophotometer is a stand-alone instrument with a novel drop-and-measure sample plate that can be used with a wide range of chemicals. The NanoVue Plus can be used for the accurate and reliable quantitiation of nucleic acids and protein samples and samples of 0.5 to 5 μl can be pipetted directly onto the sample plate, which eliminates the need for cuvettes or other sample devices. After measurement the sample can either be easily recovered with a pipette or quickly discarded by wiping the sample plate clean for the next measurement. The NanoVue Plus is pre-programmed with a range of preset methods for the quantitation of nucleic acids and proteins, using UV or dye-intercalation methods. The NanoVue Plus has a direct user interface and does not require a computer.

All of the equipment we sell is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run.
