The VWR AccuPower EPS4000 provides a stable and adjustable voltage output, allowing precise control over electrophoresis conditions. The voltage range typically spans from 10 V to 4000 V, making it suitable for various applications, including DNA, RNA, and protein electrophoresis.

The front panel features an intuitive interface with a digital display, allowing you to set the desired voltage, current, and run time using control knobs and buttons. The EPS4000 is compatible with various electrophoresis chambers, gel boxes, and blotting systems, accommodating both horizontal and vertical gel electrophoresis setups.

This power supply incorporates current-limiting capabilities, preventing excessive current flow during electrophoresis runs. The maximum current output is typically 400 mA.

Safety features include overload protection (which shuts down the power supply if the load exceeds the specified limit) and short-circuit protection (safeguarding both the equipment and your samples). Additionally, the EPS4000 monitors for ground faults and alerts you if any occur.

This power supply is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.

We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit.
