The Molecular Devices SpectraMax 190 can be used to quantify DNA and perform endpoint, kinetic, and spectral scanning analyses. The SpectraMax 190 has a multichannel design for 96-well microplates that uses separate sample and reference beams for each sample to eliminate error due to variations in optical fiber light output. The monochromator-based wavelength selection from 190nm to 850nm that doesn’t require purchasing or changing out filters.
