The Molecular Devices SpectraMax 190 can be used to quantify DNA and perform endpoint, kinetic, and spectral scanning analyses. The SpectraMax 190 has a multichannel design for 96-well microplates that uses separate sample and reference beams for each sample to eliminate error due to variations in optical fiber light output. The monochromator-based wavelength selection from 190nm to 850nm that doesn’t require purchasing or changing out filters.

This unit is used and reconditioned. Our technicians will power this up and cycle through the menus to ensure that it is in general functional condition, but are unable to test it further.
