The Tuttnauer 2340E Benchtop Autoclave features four adjustable programs with temperature options from 105°C to 137°C. Sterilization times can go up to 59 minutes, ensuring simplified and consistent operations. Additionally, the digital display continuously shows temperature, pressure, and running time.

Each stage of the cycle is fully automatic and controlled by a micro-processor, from water-fill to sterilization, exhaust, and drying. The autoclave includes a low water alarm to alert users when the reservoir needs refilling. Tuttnauer 2340E Benchtop Autoclave - Features

The 2340E includes a combination pressure and temperature gauge and an automatic low water shut-off feature. This prevents damage to heating elements if water is insufficient. Additionally, the heat-insulated, double-locking door protects users from burns and prevents the chamber from opening during sterilization.

The autoclave offers both fast and slow exhaust options. The fast exhaust is ideal for drying solids, while the slow exhaust prevents boil-over of media and liquids. Furthermore, the closed-door drying cycle maintains sterility and removes excess moisture post-sterilization.

A continuous pressure purge removes air pockets, ensuring even sterilization. The 3 L reservoir, with a top drain, simplifies cleaning. The autoclave also has an automatic shut-off feature for energy conservation, while a battery backup retains settings and controls during power failures.
