The Tuttnauer 3870EA autoclave is designed to sterilize both wrapped and unwrapped instruments and medical equipment and also has a liquid sterilization cycle. Tuttnauer 3870EA models are used in dental, medical and veterinary clinics, first aid rooms, hospitals, laboratories, industrial and academic and research labs. Using steam as a sterilizing agent, the Tuttnauer 3870EA has a computerized control unit that directs a fully automated sterilization cycle. This autoclave comes with three automatic programs and one drying program. The fast exhaust options allows user to reduce the cycle time for solid goods and the slow exhaust option allows users to release the chamber pressure slowly and prevents boiling over of liquids during the liquid sterilization cycle. For added safety, the door of the Tuttnauer 3870EA has a dead bolt mechanism which prevents opening when the chamber is pressurized.  

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run.
