The new Gene Pulser II system is a completely redesigned electroporation system, which offers improved performance, flexibility, sample protection, and safety. The Gene Pulser II system uses the Pulse Trac™ waveform delivery system to generate the most accurate exponential decay pulses possible for optimal cell transformation within an electroporation cuvette. The Pulse Trac delivery system accurately calculates the time constant of each pulse based on what is actually delivered to the sample. The BioRad Gene Pulse Controller module may be used with the Gene Pulse system for electroporation of bacteria and yeast.

All of the equipment we sell is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
