VirTis Genesis 25L SQ Super ES-55 pilot lyophilizer with five top-down hydraulic stoppering trays that can be used to lyophilize and stopper multiple vials under vacuum or freeze dry batch samples for bulk processing. This is a freestanding and mobile model with no hard installation required that allows for easy start-up and scale up from research to full production. The condenser has a max capacity of 25L and maximum ice condensing capacity of 12L per 24-hour period. The condenser can pull down to -45°C in 25 minutes or less while the shelf temperature can reach -40°C in 30 minutes or less. The single 1.5hp compressor run on MO89 refrigerant which is CFC free.

The VirTis Genesis 25L pilot freeze dryer is constructed with 316L stainless steel shelves, product and condenser chambers. A two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is included with this unit. Electrical requirements for this system are 208/240V, 50/60Hz, 1 phase, 30 amp. Overall dimensions are 40”W x 30”D x 73.5”H with minimum operating clearance requirements of 10” on all sides.

Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run.
