Caron’s GelJacket is a high-volume, controlled humidity CO2 incubator that replaces conventional water jacketed units as the benchmark for critical culture protection.

GelJacket offers precise gVapor controlled humidification, as well as a rapid 90° decon cycle for fast chamber cleaning. These standard features save energy and user time, as opposed to contamination-prone water pan-based systems and high temperature or complicated competing decontamination processes.

Caron's proprietary thermal gel insulation provides power outage temperature protection equivalent to water, with minimal maintenance, and at a fraction of the weight. Leaks and regular jacket fillings are now a thing of the past.

By filtering both stored tap or instrument-grade water and unit drain water, the CRSY system allows you to locate humidified chambers where they’re needed. It produces Type II equipment-grade water, and has a 7-gallon storage tank capacity. The dual filtration process will help avoid expensive whole-lab water systems, bottled purified water, and retrofitted floor drains. Closed-loop recirculation also eliminates constantly sending wastewater down the drain.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test incubators using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment.
