International Shipments (Outside USA)

Shipping Terms: All international shipments are F.O.B. Haverhill, MA. Ownership and risk transfer to buyer once equipment leaves our facility.

Packaging: We take reasonable steps to protect your equipment for freight transit and can provide pictures of the unit and packaging at all stages of the packing process.

Freight-Forwarder Recommendation: We strongly recommend customers hire a freight-forwarder to package or re-package equipment appropriately and in compliance with all local and national import regulations.

Warranty: International shipments are not covered by our 90-day warranty. We will still test all equipment to comply with manufacturer specifications and provide test records to customers prior to shipment demonstrating functionality.

Import Fees: All taxes, duties, or other import fees are the responsibility of the customer. American Instrument Exchange will not pay or prepay these costs.

Shipments to Canada

Shipping Terms: Shipments to Canada are F.O.B. Haverhill, MA.

Freight Options: We are able to arrange both LTL (Less Than Truckload) and air-ride freight shipments for deliveries to Canada.

Customs Requirements: Customers must provide name, address, and contact phone number for Customs Broker prior to shipment.

Warranty: Warranty on equipment is applicable for most equipment categories shipping to Canada.

Payment: Canadian customers are responsible for payment of equipment and freight costs prior to shipping.
