The Lynx EL tissue processor is a compact, flexible, cost-efficient unit for automatically process biological specimens for electron microscope and high-resolution microscope examinations. The Lynx EL tissue processor is a single unit that houses both the processing and control facilities and preps specimens from prefixation to infiltration and features timer settings from a minimum of 1 minute up to a maximum of 99 hours and 59 minutes. Temperature settings are adjustable from 4° to 60°C with an agitation frequency of 1Hz and 3mm agitation stroke. During processing, the specimens are held in baskets stacked on a common stem which is then pivoted to agitate the specimens. Up to 20 reagant vials can be loaded on the turntable.

All of the equipment we sell is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
