The Esco CelCulture Multi-Gas Incubator prioritizes sample safety, energy efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It maintains precise parameter control while ensuring highly effective contamination prevention. With an intuitive interface, this system allows users to easily monitor and adjust settings. Oxygen suppression is seamlessly achieved by connecting a nitrogen supply, creating an ideal environment for sensitive cell cultures.
Designed for rapid recovery, the incubator features direct heat technology with eight heaters grouped into three zones. It quickly restores CO2, temperature, and humidity levels without overshooting. The VentiFlow forced convection system accelerates chamber air recovery to ISO Class 5 cleanliness after door closure, reducing contamination risks. To further protect samples, the blower automatically stops when the door opens, preventing air mixing between the chamber and the room.
The incubator includes SteriSafe ULPA filtration, which maintains chamber air at ISO Class 5 conditions. In the rare event of contamination, the SwiftCon 90°C validated moist heat decontamination cycle operates overnight to eliminate threats. At the end of the cycle, the chamber is dry and immediately ready for use. Additionally, all input gases pass through in-line filters before entering the chamber, ensuring a clean and controlled atmosphere.
Constructed with durability in mind, the main body is made from electro-galvanized steel coated with Esco’s unique ISOCIDE antimicrobial finish. The chamber interior consists of stainless steel type 304, providing a robust and sterile workspace.
The CelAlert alarm system notifies users when it’s time to replace the CO2 tank and ULPA filter. An intelligent data and event logger records all incubator parameters, allowing users to retrieve and review information directly on-screen.
