The Glas-Col digital pulse mixer can perform high or low speed orbital mixing and delivers repeatable mixing results. Applications include solution phase synthesis when a good mixture of heterogeneous solutions is needed. For Solid Phase chemistry, the pulsation feature is extremely useful for the full reaction of resins and other materials. Other applications in cell culture and QuEChERS procedure. Some of the features of the Glas-Col digital pulse mixer include a micro-processor based control technology, DC brushless motors, a speed range from 150 to 1500 rpm, speed setting increment of 10 RPM, a 4-line back-lit LCD display, a built-in digital timer (seconds: 1-60, minutes 1-60, hours 1-24), and a user selectable pulse profile.
