Superior mechanical drive mechanism and syringe holding mechanics to achieve high performance. Integrated EZ PRO Software and user interface allow easy programming of methods from simple to complex, all without the use of a PC. Preprogrammed methods for simple to complex operations that allow you to be up and running with the push of a button. High resolution color LCD touchscreen for powerful functionality, yet easy to use. The PHD ULTRA has multiple levels of versatility. It has Push-Pull, standard, remote, high pressure, and multi rack configurations. It also has RS-232 and USP for PC connectivity; and RS-485 for pump to pump daisy-chaining.

The PHD ULTRA syringe pump family has a fluidics drive mechanism which assures ease of use and high performance, for smoother, more accurate flow rates than any other syringe pump. Flow rates are accurate within 0.25% and reproducibility within 0.05%. A microprocessor-controlled, small step angle stepping motor drives a lead screw and pusher block. Advanced micro-stepping techniques are employed to further reduce the step angle to eliminate flow pulsation.

Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests, please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.

We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit.
