The Beckman Coulter JA-30.50 Ti Fixed Angle Rotor efficiently pellets cells from large volumes or isolates cell particles from tissue homogenates. It holds eight 50mL tubes at a 34° angle and generates significant centrifugal force for reliable sample separation. Users can also employ short column methods with partially filled tubes to purify large virus quantities using a cushion gradient, enhancing its versatility.
This rotor features a patented fluid-containment annulus that prevents spills during centrifugation. If tubes are overfilled or leak, the annulus holds enough liquid to keep all fluid contained inside the rotor, ensuring safety and preventing contamination. Constructed from durable titanium, the JA-30.50 Ti offers long-lasting performance, while its anodized aluminum lid adds lightweight strength.
This Beckman JA-30.50Ti is used and reconditioned. Rotors undergo a rigorous inspection process, including buckets, gaskets, and overspeed disks. Fixed-angle rotors are assessed for body integrity, while swinging bucket rotors are checked for proper weight distribution. Whenever possible, each rotor is run in a compatible centrifuge to confirm flawless performance, ensuring you receive equipment that meets the highest standards.
