90-Day Warranty Information

All equipment comes with a 90-day warranty unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. However, your warranty is valid only if you have paid your invoice in full. If your invoice exceeds 30 days, we will not perform warranty work until you settle the outstanding balance.

When you receive your equipment, inspect it for visible shipping damage to the packaging. If you find any concealed damage to the item(s), it is crucial to report this immediately. First, communicate any damage to the delivering entity or carrier. Additionally, you must notify American Instrument on the same day you accept and sign for the item. Failing to report shipping damage within this timeframe will void your 90-day warranty, so please be vigilant.

If you choose to involve a third-party service other than American Instrument or our assigned vendors, this decision will also void your warranty. To maintain your warranty's validity, you must place a service call with American Instrument before seeking assistance from another provider. This step is essential for ensuring that your equipment receives the proper care and attention.
