XPE Analytical Balances provide outstanding performance, compliance and process integration in analytical weighing, with a capacity of 120g, 0.01mg readability, and automatic internal adjustment and testing.  They use StaticDetect and static elimination technology coupled with an improved SmartGrid weighing pan give you trustable, highly repeatable results. The innovative StatusLight balance ready indicator and easy routine testing with the TestManager boost your quality management and ease of compliance.

The StatusLight built into the terminal uses color to indicate intuitively the status of the balance: Green means ready, yellow is a warning, and errors are shown with red. The StatusLight clearly communicates if the balance is ready for you to start your weighing task.

With the unique SmartGrid and the draft shield that disassembles in seconds, you can always be sure that your weighing area is clean and safe. To ensure the safety, the XPE will automatically detect any relevant static charges present in the weighing chamber that might lead to out of specification weighing results. Their unique StaticDetect technology detects electrostatically charged samples or containers. There is a warning if the weighing error exceeds a user-defined limit; antistatic measures can then be employed. For highest process security you can impose a block on release of the weighing result.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test balances to insure repeatability, correct cornerload tolerances, linearity, and reduced span at or near full capacity. We also test all displays and controls as well as any other features that are included, such as auto-calibration and draft shield auto-retraction, to make sure the balances are fully operational.

The photos above are representative. Please bear in mind that the equipment shown is currently in storage in our warehouse and that in addition to testing each machine we will clean all the equipment thoroughly prior to shipment. We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
