Thermo Scientific Forma 1400 Series bio safety cabinets feature an angled front sash, glass sidewalls, and <61 dBA noise level, providing users with a quiet, comfortable and safe working environment. The angled front panel is an ergonomic improvement designed to relieve stress on users head, neck, shoulders, and back during extended working sessions. Additionally, the transparent glass sidewalls reduce glare and reflections and provide a brighter work area. The microprocessor based controller constantly monitors and maintains airflow performance and displays performance stats as a real-time bar graph. Audible and visual alarms are included in case of unsafe conditions. The Forma 1400 series motor technology operates more efficiently than standard induction type motor and reduces energy consumption by over 40% compared to other bio safety cabinets.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test each bio safety cabinet to insure that the controls and blower motor work properly. Unless otherwise specified all bio safety cabinets come with new HEPA filters installed by our technicians at our facility prior to shipment. Our testing procedure includes all the elements of a bio safety cabinet certification in order to insure that the unit will pass certification once it is at your site.
