The Millrock RD53 freeze dryer has a condensing capacity of up to 30L with a rate of 20L in 24 hours. The large 12” x 24” 316LSS construction shelves allow for high product throughput for R&D labs and applications including cycle development and optimization, product stability studies, well plates and alternative delivery devices, and formulation development, among others.

The Millrock MCS software provides automatic freeze drying, defrost, and system and leak rate testing. Data can be printed either numerically or graphically while an interactive maintenance screen simplifies component servicing. All systems are remotely accessible, with customer approval, for troubleshooting process issues.

Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.

We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
