New Brunswick Innova C340-86 ultralow chest freezer

While many labs prefer to purchase upright ultralow freezers mainly due to space constraints and the large footprint that potentially accompanies a chest freezer, studies have shown that chest freezers hold temperature more consistently than comparably sized uprights, use less energy and are all around more economical. The New Brunswick Innova C340-86 provides a relatively compact chest model with 12 cubic feet of storage space, efficient energy consumption of about 10.3 kWh daily, and traditionally foamed polyurethane insulation that provides efficient insulation protection. The inner lids are 10 mm thick, constructed from Foamex with stainless steel trimming. The flush mounted LED control panel and alarm status monitor are easy to read. Interior dimensions of 30”W x 23”D x 30”H; overall exterior dimensions of 53”W x 33”D x 42.5”H. Max sample capacity of 26,000. Operating noise level of 56dB.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians use calibrated digital chart recorders to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts of all freezers, making sure that the units hold temperature to within the manufacturer specified tolerance. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and if needed replace refrigerant. We clean all freezers thoroughly prior to shipment.
