Labconco Steamscrubber glassware washer
- Catalog number 4400320
- 82°C (180°F) maximum water temperature
- Built in steam generator
- 90 day warranty
The Labconco SteamScrubber is designed as an undercounter glassware washer to be used primarily for drying beakers and other wide-mouthed glassware. The built in steam generator produces hot vapor to penetrate and soften dried contaminants while the integrated forced air drying system blows hot air into the tank to dry the glassware, meaning that no separate dryer or oven is needed. The dual pumps reduce the risk for potential cross contamination by separating the washing pump and draining pump functions. The washing pump is rated at a 96 gal/minute flow rate. The delayed start feature allows users to set a delayed start time of up to eight hours and can be programmed so that the washer runs during off peak hours. Seven factor-set cycles include rinse only, plastic, glass, glass plus, science, science plus, and dry only. 58 decibel operation means the machine is quiet and non-disruptive and the aluminum backed insulation and fiberglass blanket both absorbs noise and optimizes internal temperature. Up to six pure water rinses can be programmed. The front mounted LCD information center is easy to use along with the display button, Run/Cancel button, scroll buttons and selection buttons to program and monitor cycles. Overall dimensions with the door closed are 24.1”W x 27.4”D x 35.1”H.

Most of the equipment we sell is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that the equipment operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
The photos above are representative. Please bear in mind that the equipment shown is currently in storage in our warehouse and that in addition to testing each machine we will clean all the equipment thoroughly prior to shipment. We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
