The Captair 714 Smart Ductless Fume Hood is designed for applications and laboratories that require a larger hood area and filtration capacity. These larger hoods have extra depth and filtration capacity, offering optimum workspace and superior protection from harmful chemicals for the end-user.

Erlab’s advanced carbon filtration technology and/or HEPA/ULPA accommodates your specific needs, and meets AFNOR NF X 15 211/ANSI Z9.5-2012 filtration efficiency standard (class 1 and 2). The Captair 714 Smart ductless fume hood has sensors that detect filter breakthrough of solvents, acids or formaldehyde; safety back up filter in case of main filter saturation; continuous monitoring of Air face velocity; and Smart Technology, that allows you to easily see that the hood is operating safely. Should the light pulse you are notified that either containment has been compromised; the filter has breakthrough; or there is a fan failure.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.

We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
