The CelCulture Multi-Gas Incubator is designed with sample safety, energy efficiency and user-friendliness in mind, the system achieves precise parameter controls, highly effective contamination control and intuitive user interfaces.

Oxygen suppression is accomplished with the connection of a nitrogen supply.

The Esco CellCulture Multi-Gas Incubators feature intuitive interfaces and intelligent data and event logger; fast CO2, temperature and humidity recovery without overshoot; direct heat design for rapid recovery, with 8 heaters grouped into 3 zones; VentiFlow forced convection accelerates recovery of chamber air to ISO Class 5 Cleanliness after door closing to prevent contamination; blower automatically stops when door is opened, to minimize mixing of chamber and room air; and SteriSafe ULPA filtration enables the chamber air to be maintained at ISO class 5 condition.

SwiftCon 90ºC validated moist heat decontamination cycle operates overnight to eradicate any contamination in the unlikely event it occurs. At the end of the cycle, the chamber is dry and ready to use.

All input gases are filtered by in-line filters before they enter the chamber to remove impurities and contaminants. The incubator’s main body is made from electro-galvanized steel with Esco’s unique ISOCIDE antimicrobial coating and the interior of the chamber is made from stainless steel type 304. CelAlert alarm system reminds user to replace CO2 tank and ULPA filter. And an intelligent data and event logger records all incubator parameters for on-screen recall.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test incubators using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment.
