Wescor Vapro vapor pressure osmometer model 5600

  • Sample volume: 10uL nominal
  • Measurement range: typically 20 to 3200 mmol/kg
  • Measurement time: 90 seconds
  • Resolution: 1 mmol/kg
  • 90 day warranty

The Vapro 5600 vapor pressure osmometer is simple to operate and accurate – in other words, it’s a great machine for use in a variety of different setting. This model features auto-calibration, a self-cleaning thermocouple, and statistical analysis. Required sample volume is only 10uL and osmolality is displayed in 90 seconds. The vapor pressure method determines osmolality at room temperature with the sample in natural equilibrium. Vapor pressure measurement is the best method of determining osmolality and the thermodynamic limitations of vapor pressure osmometry are least restrictive.
