  • 2L max volume
  • Easy cleaning
  • Dust-free processing

The mixing basket in the Turbula T2F can hold a variety of containers, from test tubes up to large 2L volume bottles, secured by tightly twisted rubber rings. Adjusting the position of the drive belts on the 5-step pulley allows for different shaking speeds. The Turbula T2F is designed for the homogeneous mixing of powdery substances with differing specific weights and particle sizes. The product is mixed in its own closed container. It is also possible to mix wet and dry components or different wet components. The production process is hygienic and dust-free, making the unit easy to clean.

The operation and design of this shaker mixer is based on a service proved kinetic principle in which the fed charge in the service container is subjected to the action of a three-dimensional motion, and therefore mixed. The mixing container is set into threedimensional movement that exposes the product to always changing, rhythmically pulsing motion. The results fulfill the highest requirements and are achieved in a minimum of time. The Turbula T2F can be used in a wide variety of applications: anywhere in which minimum mixing times together with fulfillment of the highest homogeneity standards are required, including electrotechnology, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals among others.

Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.

The photos above are representative. Please bear in mind that the equipment shown is currently in storage in our warehouse and that in addition to testing each machine we will clean all the equipment thoroughly prior to shipment. We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
