The VWR 1390FM is a high-performance horizontal air flow (HAFO) oven with a large 27.8 cubic foot interior. By forcing continuously warmed air into the chamber, the blower motor in the VWR 1390FM oven assures uniform heating across all shelves and to every area of the chamber, eliminating concerns of obstructed air, regardless of how the shelves are loaded. To maintain temperature uniformity and stop heat loss, a double-layer insulating barrier of high-density alumina silicate and high-temperature fiberglass wraps around all five sides of the chamber. A high temperature silicone rubber door seal eliminates air leakage. In addition, the door latch and hinges are user-adjustable to maintain a better seal as metal expands and contracts over the life of the oven. The VWR 1390FM HAFO oven also features a stainless steel interior and powder-coated exterior to provide maximum corrosion resistance.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test these ovens using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment.
