The Heidolph Pumpdrive 5206 Peristaltic Pump with SPQuick single channel pump head features f low rates of 1.3 to 3.900mL/min. with single-channel pump heads and high speed range from 24 to 600rpm. The flow characteristic of pump head in combination with various tubing diameters is pre-programmed for accurate flow rate numbers. The 5206 has digital readout of speed (rpm), tubing diameter, flow rate in (mL/min.), dosing volume, interval dosing, pause function and offers electronic speed control with accuracy of ±2%.

Microprocessor-controlled drive features calibration of flow rate and flow volume. The pump drives feature a four-digit display for speed, flow rate, interval dosing, and pause setting. Flow rates of the pump heads in combination with various tubing arrangements are saved in the program to enable direct digital readout of flow rate per minute. Saved dosing volumes are also selectable and interval dosing is possible by entering a time interval.

Our technicians use calibrated digital chart recorders to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts of all ultralow freezers, making sure that the units hold temperature to within the manufacturer specified tolerance. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and if needed replace refrigerant. We clean all freezers thoroughly prior to shipment.
