Labline microprocessor control incubated shaker with built-in refrigeration system

  • Model 3531
  • Temperature range 5°C to 60°
  • 90-day warranty

Extra wide range of speed. Secondary high-temp safety thermostat. Easy viewing of contents. Large, deep chamber accommodates vessels in a range of sizes and quantities, including 6L Erlenmeyer flasks. Triple eccentric drive mechanism gives smooth, vibration-free operation. 12 x 18” viewing window in lid. Easy-to-use touch pad control panel sets all parameters. Optional gassing manifold available for introducing gas directly into culture vessels. Easy-to-read LED displays indicate temperature, shaking time and speed. Powder coated stainless steel chamber accommodates 30 x 18” platforms. Precise temperature control from 5°C to 60°C in 0.1°C increments. Built-in refrigeration system for temperatures down to 5°C. Non-volatile memory provides protection in case of power interruption. Triple eccentric drive with permanently sealed bearing produces smooth, uniform rotation from 15-500 rpm through a 1” orbit in 5 rpm increments. Temperature uniformity of ±0.5°C provided by constant speed induction motor and blower system that circulates air throughout the insulated chamber. Built-in microprocessor timer can be set for 0.1 minutes to 99.9 hours or for continuous shaking. Visual and audible alarms alert the user to temperature deviations of greater than ±2°C and speed deviations of 25% above set speed. Load capacity is 75lbs.

All of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test incubators using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment. We test the shaking mechanism and run the units for an extended period of time to make sure all set points and parameters operate on continuous setting. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.

The photos above are representative. Please bear in mind that the equipment shown is currently in storage in our warehouse and that in addition to testing each machine we will clean all the equipment thoroughly prior to shipment. We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
