The VWR model 12621-046 multi-position magnetic stirrer can accommodate up to nine vessels at once and features microprocessor speed control and a low-profile design. Synchronized operation ensures uniform mixing at each position while the built in ramping feature slowly brings sample to set speed to avoid splashing, improve magnetic coupling, and provide excellent low-speed stirring. Large top plate with position indicators is easy to clean and provides a white reflective surface. Low-profile design takes up less space and easily fits into fume hoods. Spill-resistant housing channels fluids away from internal components. 

All of the equipment we sell is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test the equipment to check that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
