AirClean PCR Systems AC600 Series vertical laminar flow workstations are ideal for applications that are not hazardous to the operator but require a clean work area. The compact, light-weight design allows for multiple "clean zones" within a laboratory.

The vertical laminar flow hood provides clean, Class 100 laminar flow air for process protection by utilizing two-stage filtration. Room air first passes through an electrostatically charged pre-filter followed by a HEPA filter resulting in ISO 5 clean air.

AirClean PCR workstations have an interlocking sash with safety overlap to prevent any gaps. The sash also has a safety switch that automatically turns off the ultraviolet light and activates the blower and fluorescent light when the sash is raised. The uni-body design provides user protection during the UV sterilization process. The clear polypropylene allows for 360-degree visibility as well as easy cleaning.

Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test each clean bench to ensure that the controls and blower motor work properly, as well as ensuring that the HEPA filter is suitable for use in lab conditions. Our testing procedure includes all the elements of a clean bench certification in order to ensure that the unit will pass certification once it is at your site.

We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit.
