Baker EdgeGARD EG8252 – Features
The Baker EG8252 operates efficiently by drawing air through the lower front panel and sidewall section slots. The motor directs the air through a pre-filter, which traps dust and large particles, ensuring cleaner airflow. Next, the air passes through a HEPA filter at an average velocity of 100 fpm before flowing horizontally across the work surface.
We provide filters for all our clean benches, including the Baker EG8252, to maintain peak performance. This EG8252 model is comprised of two 8-foot clean benches that connect to create a seamless 16-foot workstation. To ensure proper airflow integrity, these units must be connected and operated together.
Testing
This 16’ Baker EdgeGARD EG8252 is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test each biosafety cabinet and clean bench to ensure that the controls and blower motor work properly, as well as ensuring that the HEPA filter is suitable for use in lab conditions. Our testing procedure includes all the elements of certification in order to ensure that the unit will pass certification once it is at your site.
